ABOUT CASA MIMOSA
In December 2012 Terry and Stewart bought Casa Mimosa. At that time the house was just a shell with no internal walls and just holes for windows and doors but they had a vision of what it could become.
After 18 months of hard work the house was finally habitable and they moved in with their rescue dog Penny.
Work continued on a beautiful apartment on the ground floor which became available for holiday rental in late 2016. They also produce their own extra virgin olive oil and handmade olive oil soaps.
Depending on the season from May to late September there is always an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables available from vegetable garden or picked straight from the trees on the property.
HANDMADE SOAP
Our handmade soaps are made only with our own olive oil at Casa Mimosa. Because the soap is made with olive oil it leaves your skin feeing smooth and soft.
THE APARTMENT
Located in Umbria close to the border of Tuscany and between Florence and Rome. The apartment is ideal for exploring the area, and discovering the real ITALIA.
WHERE ARE WE
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
All of the olives used to make our olive oil are from our own olive grove of just 98 trees. We only use organic fertilisers and hard work to achieve this delicious olive oil.
